A little portion of humanity managed to survive the post-apocalyptic world left behind by the flames of battle that killed nearly everything in the past, and 100 years after the nuclear World battle III, they banded together to form a “world government.” The brightest brains on the planet collaborated to form an organization that aimed to restore civilization, impose law and order in a lawless world, and create safe havens known as “Domes” where people might dwell without fear of radiation or illegal activity. The government chooses to move on with the construction of a dome on District 12 in Seoul, the capital of the Korean Peninsula, as the population begins to increase. But in order to stop this initiative from invading their region, the largest criminal groups that have been established here for a long time choose to strike back. In order to prevent these criminal organizations from impeding the project’s progress and ensure that the new Dome is constructed according to plan, the Korean Division of the World Government chooses to send out one of its finest law enforcement officers, “Alpha,” and the new government administrator of the Seoul Division, “Amber.”
